Who we are

i-Handler LLC ("i-Handler", "we") operates i-handler.com, the i-Handler mobile and web applications, and related services for pilots, operators, passengers, FBOs and ground handling providers. For privacy matters contact us at cto@i-handler.app.

Information we collect

Account data you provide (name, email, phone, company, pilot license details where applicable); operational data you enter to use the service (flights, airports, documents such as passports uploaded by you or your crew for handling and customs coordination); provider listing data (company contacts, services, frequencies); and technical data (device, log and usage information) needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

To provide the service: connecting crews with handling providers, preparing flight documentation, coordinating customs and passenger information, and operating provider workspaces. To communicate with you about your account and, where permitted, about product updates (every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and a reply with the word REMOVE always works). We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

Data is shared only as the service requires: for example, flight and document data you submit is shared with the handling provider or crew you are working with; provider listing data is published in our public directory at the provider's request. We use trusted processors (Google Cloud / Firebase for hosting and storage, Twilio SendGrid for email) under their respective data protection terms.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest on Google Cloud infrastructure, with role-based access and per-company isolation for provider workspaces. We keep personal data while your account is active or as required to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to cto@i-handler.app. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific data protection rights (such as the EU/EEA under GDPR), we honor those rights as applicable.

Lead forms and advertising

If you submit your contact information through one of our forms (including lead forms on platforms such as LinkedIn), we use it to create the account you requested and to send you the related communications. You can opt out at any time.

We may update this policy as the service evolves; the latest version will always be available at this page.
