Your flight, explained before you pack

You're flying private with a pilot who uses i-Handler. This short guide shows what the app does for you — your trip details, the weather waiting for you, your customs QR, and a direct line to your captain.

1 · Getting in

Activate your account

  1. If your pilot added you, you'll receive an email invitation — tap Set your password and you're in. (Or go to i-handler.app, tap Register and choose I'm a passenger.)
  2. Sign in with your email. That's it — no paperwork, your pilot already set up the trip.
Why it matters: everything below — your trip, your documents, your customs QR — lives behind this one login, on any phone or computer.

2 · Your trip

My Trip: everything in one card

Your flights
Your flights — upcoming and past trips you're on. Tap one to open My Trip.
My Trip
My Trip — your trip number, route and departure time; your aircraft (type, colors, operator); and trip guidelines.
What it does for you: no more texting "what time again? which terminal? what's the plane?" — it's all on the card, always current.

3 · Arrival made easy

Immigration & customs, before you land

Customs form pre-filled
Generate customs form — the destination's official paper form, pre-filled with your data. Tap the highlighted boxes, sign, then share or print.
e-Ticket QR and Wallet pass
Digital destinations — where the country uses an e-Ticket (like the Dominican Republic), the app opens the official form, keeps your QR, and saves a Customs QR pass to your phone's Wallet with your trip, aircraft and arrival date.
  1. Open My Trip → Immigration & customs for your destination.
  2. Tap Generate customs form (PDF) — your name, passport and flight are already filled in. Complete the highlighted boxes and sign on screen.
  3. For e-Ticket countries, tap Open official form, get your QR, and save it to your Wallet — at immigration you just show your phone.
What it does for you: you walk off the plane with the paperwork already done — no borrowing pens at the arrivals desk.

4 · Coordination

5 · Stay in touch

A direct line to your captain

Chat with your pilot
Trip chat — one conversation per trip with your pilot, right in the app.
Live flight tracker (sample data)
Track flight — the @ button shows the aircraft's live position while it's in the air. (Illustration with sample data.)
What it does for you: running late? Ask a question at 6 AM? Message your pilot directly — no intermediaries, and the whole conversation stays organized per trip.

6 · Your documents

Your passport, scanned once

Passenger documents
Edit Passenger Information — passport and driver license with camera scan, dates and even additional passports for dual nationality.
  1. Go to My Account → Profile Settings.
  2. Tap Scan Passport MRZ and point the camera at your passport's bottom lines — number, names and dates fill themselves. Confirm and save.
  3. Keep the expiry dates current — the app warns before anything expires.
What it does for you: every manifest, customs form and immigration document for every future trip fills itself from this one scan. Your pilot never has to ask for your passport photo over WhatsApp again.
Your data, your call: when a pilot wants to use your details for a flight, you get an email + in-app request and you approve it. You can edit or delete your account anytime from My Account.

7 · The small print

Enjoy the flight. Your pilot handles the permits and paperwork — you just show up 45 minutes early with a valid passport. Questions? Message your captain in the app.
